Dialogue

Brief: 

Create a 2 to to and a half page dialogue script between 2 main characters set in a Coffee Shop.

Draft 1:

I started this draft during the original session, I tried starting it like its own contained film (Opening shot, then main scene). I decided to use existing characters I knew as it made it easier for me to visualise them and know how they would speak and act. The subject was also based on a previous writing activity I had attempted before. The main problem I found when writing this draft is it seemed too forced to me so I decided to re-draft and change the pacing at the begining.

For this draft I decided to give it a bit more of an opening with the two characters heading to the Coffee shop, then going into it. I also slightly changed the topic of conversation as I realised that in draft 1 I had begun with the mid/end of the conversation.
